New Intel Processors For Laptops and Ultrabooks
Intel processors for portable enriches the list with new models. After the big launch of a new revolutionary platform based on 22nm, Ivy Bridge series processors, Intel does not give up the idea of launching new processor in the Sandy Bridge range.
Intel Pentium 967 and Pentium 967 B960, Core i3-2350M-2367M-2430M and Cori i5-i7-2670QM are six new processors especially designed for laptops, built on the 32nm platform, and some are compatible with ultrabook laptop series. The last two have already entered into the configuration of a Sony Vaio laptop.
Intel Pentium 967 B960, Core i3-2350M, Cori i5-2430M have a TDP of 35W and will enter the classic notebook configurations. Core i7-2670QM has a TDP of 45W and will equip the most powerful gaming laptop models, while Intel Pentium 967 and Core i3-2367M has a 17W TDP and is likely to see them at work in the new ultrabook range from designed by Intel.
